Copperleaf Gourmet offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 785-550-3470 for credit or replacement instructions. After 60 days, we will replace or refund your purchase due to our error only.

Shipping Information:
We are located in Lawrence, Kansas. Our larger packages are sent via UPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery and our smaller packages are sent via the US Postal Service. Orders shipped via UPs or FedEx can be tracked online while orders shipped via US Postal Service cannot be tracked. All in-stock orders should be received within 5-7 business days.

Gift Wrap:
We apologize, but we do not offer gift wrap at this time. We will be happy to enclose a gift card if you choose, please let us know in the “additional information” field in your shopping cart during checkout.
