Barbeque Brisket
Ingredients:
3-4 pound beef brisket
3 Tbsp. CopperLeaf Barbeque Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 cup of Copperleaf Barbeque Sauce
Directions:
Place brisket in pan.
Mix Copperleaf Barbeque Seasoning, Worcestershire, and liquid smoked together. Brush both sides of brisket with marinade.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Heat oven at 250. Bake 4-6 hours, or until meat is tender.
Brush brisket with Copperleaf Barbeque sauce.
Return to oven and bake 1 hour, basting every 20 minutes.
Remove from oven cool 10-15 minutes then cut into thin slices.
