Home-Style Chicken Noodle Soup
10 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup sliced celery
2 cups sliced carrots
1 cup diced potato
8 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon Copperleaf Garlic Pepper with Lime
1 tablespoon Copperleaf Italian Blend
1 bay leaf
7 ounces home-style noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
In large saucepan, over medium heat, cook and stir oil, chicken, onion, celery, garlic pepper, for 5 minutes.
Add carrots, potato, broth, Italian blend, bay leaf. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Remove and discard bay leaf.
Stir in noodles cook until noodles are done.
Makes 8 servings.
