Fried Corn

Ingredients:

3 slices bacon-diced
2 1/2 cups frozen corn
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook bacon until brown in large skillet. Remove bacon from skillet.
Then add butter to bacon grease, and then add corn. Cook 5-10 minutes over low to medium heat, stirring frequently.
Then add sugar, bacon, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle lightly with Copperleaf Grourmet Barbeque Seasoning (optional)

Make 4 servings.
