Manicotti with Meatballs
Manicotti
Ingredients:
10 dried manicotti shells
1 (15-ounce) carton ricotta cheese
1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Italian blend cheese, shredded
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Copperleaf Italian Blend
Directions:
Cook manicotti shells according to package directions; drain.
Combine four cheeses, egg and Italian blend.
Stuff mixture into manicotti shells.
In a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Place Manicotti shells, top with meatball sauce.
Bake uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Italian Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon Copperleaf Italian Blend
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients lightly together, then from in to balls.
Bake or cook on stove until done.
Makes 4-6 servings |
