Fire Roasted Marinara Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced carrots
2 garlic clove minced
1-14 ounce can diced tomatoes (Fire Roasted)
1-6 ounce can tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon of Copperleaf Gourmet Italian Blend
Directions:
On low heat cook in olive oil, onions, carrots, and garlic until tender about 5-10 minutes.
Add rest of the ingredients cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Pour over you favorite pasta.
Makes about 3-4 servings.
