Skillet Steak with Red Wine Sauce
Ingredients:
2 - 6 ounce Steaks of your choice
4 teaspoons Copperleaf Steak Seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup green onion chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary chopped
3/4 cup beef broth
3/4 cup dry red wine
1/2 teaspoon honey
Directions:
In large skillet over low heat, melt oil and butter.
Season both sides of steaks with Copperleaf Steak Seasoning.
In oil mixture add steaks, onions, and garlic, cook on low-medium on each side 5-7 minutes. Remove steaks keep warm.
Add rosemary, broth, wine, and honey to skillet and boil until mixture is reduce by 1/2 cup, about 10 minutes.
Add steak and serve.
Makes 2 servings.
