Italian Tri Color Pepper

Ingredients:

1 julienne red bell pepper
1 julienne green bell pepper
1 julienne yellow bell pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ tablespoon Copperleaf Italian Blend

Directions:

In large skillet add olive oil, peppers, and Italian Blend.
Sauté’ on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
