4 boneless, skinless chicken tenders
¾ cup finely chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. CopperLeaf Gourmet Cajun Seasoning
1 egg, whites
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Dipping Mixture; in shallow dish add egg whites, cornstarch and lemon juice, whisk together set a said. Crust Mixture; in another shallow dish add pecans and Cajun Seasoning mix together. Dip chicken into dipping mixture and them into crust mixture on both sides. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degree for about 15 minutes. Makes 2 severing.
