1-1 ½ pound pork tenderloin slice into 1 ½ -2 inches
4-6 slices of bacon
Sprinkle pork tenderloin lightly with CopperLeaf Barbeque Seasoning
Then slice into 1 ½-2 inches thick. Wrap each piece of pork with 1 slice of bacon, secure with toothpick on side. Sprinkle again on top and bottom. Cook as desired. The bacon keeps the pork tenderloin moist and delicious.
3 slices bacon-diced
2 ½ cups frozen corn
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook bacon until brown in large skillet. Remove bacon from skillet. Then add butter to bacon grease, and then add corn. Cook 5-10 minutes over low to medium heat, stirring frequently. Then add sugar, bacon, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle lightly with CopperLeaf Barbeque Seasoning (optional) Make 4 servings.
