2 Salmon fillets
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons CopperLeaf Gourmet Teriyaki Sauce
Pour 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce into a large resalable plastic bag. Add salmon; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
Drain and discard marinade. Broil or Grill salmon. Basting once or twice with remaining Teriyaki Sauce. Cook 10-12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
