3 tbsp. CopperLeaf Gourmet Triple Berry Chipotle Jam
2 tbsp. water
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
¼ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped shallot
Drizzle over spring or romaine salad mix.
Top with walnuts and gorgonzola cheese.
Combined ingredients except the oil, then slowly add the oil.
Store dressing in a covered container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks
