Sloppy Joes with Jalapeno Ketchup

1 pound lean ground beef
1/3 cup onion, chopped

1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup CopperLeaf Gourmet Jalapeno Ketchup
3 teaspoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup tomatoes, can diced
Salt and black pepper to taste

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic; drain off liquids.
  2. Stir in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, water and tomatoes; mix thoroughly. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
